Mm you know, most of the data that we have access to at the NHL level we do have access to for most of the major, you know, leagues across the world.
Um and that's and that's what makes it, you know, a nice tidy process because whatever you develop in in terms of your R and D at the NHL level, you can sort of apply to other leagues too.
But, you know, that's not to say that the context different i is isn't different.
Of course it is, right?
So um different players of
different ages at different leagues, these mean different things.
So this is a game of trying to put everything into context, useful context.
How do you compare an eighteen year old season in, you know, the OHL to uh twenty year old season in the All Svenskin to a twenty three year old season in the N C double A.
Right?
You like you need to have players follow a development path.
Um
And you know, you might have heard of aging curves, this type of thing.
It's it's it's real.
So y you need to understand what something means at different ages at different levels.
And so I I do think that there's you know, things that we do from an evaluation perspective for, you know, players before they get to the NHL that can be slightly different than than how we might evaluate an NHL player when they get to the NHL.
Um and I like to look at all kinds of
different things.
You don't just look at one number and say that's that.
I like to have multiple avenues of research and you know, every little bit adds a bit of nuance to that player's little quilt that that you're trying to look at and
Um so I we do uh support the amateur staff quite heavily.
