do you think considering what is happening around the country that the grand jury that my attorney should be able to get the grand jury testimony or yeah the filings or whatever yeah i i mean i followed your case really closely up until the grand jury and then beyond that i'm glad that you and i are talking you got me on the show and i'll take i'll update myself with the new filings yeah i don't see any reason why i think the presumption now for federal judges
Because the flip side of the coin of grand jurors not believing the Department of Justice is that federal judges, especially where your case is pending, don't believe the Department of Justice.
No longer does the tie go to the runner.
No longer is there a presumption of regularity.
No longer is there a presumption that when the United States of America takes a position that you can trust that you may not agree with it, but you can trust it based on the law they're citing or the facts they're citing.

Besides Judge Perry, we just had a finding that the two ICE agents who fired through the door
and shot the guy they were trying to arrest lied under oath to a federal judge in that case about the fact that they were attacked with a broom and a shovel when they weren't and the department of justice had to admit they had lying they had suborned perjury by submitting phony affidavits to a federal judge i've never seen a department of justice
have contempt proceedings against it, sanction proceedings against it, findings of fraud on the court more than this Trump Department of Justice.
