But no, there is no prosecution that Todd Blanch doesn't see the ability to go after.

You know, it's really Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett.
Somebody in your chat wrote, come on, Popak, Amy Coney Barrett's all over the map.
She is, and she may not be where you want her to be on issues.
But my point is, when you see a majority decision, she is often in the majority, whether you like the ruling or not.
And she is all over the map.
Although I can give you the things that motivate her to vote a certain way.
No, I don't see that.
I think there is a certain amount of regret by John Roberts because he is Dr. Frankenstein that created the monster.
And now he's trying to figure out how to get it back into the cage.
There's a little bit of that.
But it's dominated by Gorsuch and Kavanaugh and Roberts who believe in an imperial executive branch.
It comes from their days working in their respective White Houses.
And Alito and Thomas had always believed that anyway, but they were always in the minority waiting for enough votes.
The only thing that's changed over the last few years is they finally got the votes.
That's why they're revisiting all of these precedent from five years ago, 10 years ago, 100 years ago.
