Look, I regularly have on the Democratic attorneys general, the ACLU, Democracy Forward, Mark Elias, NAACP.
If you add up all of their cases, they have about 500 cases, there it is, against the Trump administration, and they have a winning percentage of over 85%.
Now, we focused, because it's important, on the few that we lose at the United States Supreme Court, but most justice is done at the level below the Supreme Court, the appellate court and the district court level.
I mean, I'm talking about 99.9% of cases, very few cases, only a couple of hundred out of 10,000 nationwide end up at the United States Supreme Court.
There, the casino's odds are tilted, right?
He wins 85% to 90% of the time.
But most justices does not end up at the Supreme Court.
Big things do, of course.
Separation of powers issues, things about his immigration policy, things that matter to us.
I'm not saying it doesn't matter at the Supreme Court.
But I'll tell you what's not in that chart.
not only it has the wins or his losses, but it doesn't have how many times he's folded.
And my attorneys general have come on and said, he has folded dozens of times over billions of dollars that have flowed back to the states.
They just give up on the case.
So people say, are these cases worth it that are being filed?
Yes, because the possible outcomes are he folds, taco moment, and billions of dollars are saved or the policy is saved, or they just out and out win with a TRO or a preliminary injunction.
