When you assess a value to those units, do you differentiate?
Do you say, Oh, they could build six fifty now, they're worth X
The other
six hundred or so, five hundred and eighty, they can't build, so therefore we're not going to assign 'em that same value because they legally cannot build them at this point.
assessed value you just based it up what what they're entitled to with the property.

And proffers to build units are not taken into account an assessed value?

Well I know and then the county the county has cap they they have costs.
That the proffers are not just the timing, but the cap facilities contributions.
