You know, the the residential is what costs the county money.
And the commercial is what brings the county money.
So they were trying to, well you give us this much commercial, you get this much register.
And the concern about residential is not the same anymore.
Um but that doesn't change the fact that this
application was approved.
You called them bribery, but that was the way you when you want to build something far more intense, it's the one thing the Commonwealth of Virginia allows you to do to offset that cost.
Other places have impact fees, we don't have 'em here.
So we'll we'll leave that aside.
And an applicant has always and several come in and they ask for re and I think you mentioned they have an application and we want to change this.
And what I've watched over the last several years, many of these applications that had these proffered triggers have gone away.
Um so that's within the applicant's right to do.
The fact that they agreed to this
doesn't in any way in in my mind mean well it's not as valuable because they don't want to build departments, they can't build the commercial.
Um they have opportunities to to redress that.
Um so from the county when you assess values for unbuilt units, let's take this case, I believe it was they could build
So my question was somewhat related to that.
So when you take
They can build s they have twelve hundred and thirty uh multifamilies that they're entitled to in good.
