I kind of think it's just the dearth of actual options.
We didn't see Chris Middleton go anywhere.
Tyus Jones is a guy who I think a lot of people in the NBA have liked for a long time.

Maybe he'll make a difference so he won't be in Houston.
Doesn't seem like Lonzo Ball is healthy enough.
The Boucher one makes sense because I would like the Rockets to have a more true vertical spacer than Clint Capella.
But here's something.
Maybe Clint Capella has been reinvigorated by DeAndre Ayton.
Maybe that whole kind of swirl will add some youth to Clint.
Sorry, but I just kind of think that the Rockets...
could use a true rim runner, but I don't know if Chris Boucher is healthy enough, impactful enough, able to learn a scheme where Emu Yudoku wouldn't bench him immediately.

Davison and Isaiah Crawford have been pretty solid in their roles.
I mean, Davison especially has kind of given Reed Shepard a run for his money in limits and spurts this season.
So I just kind of think ultimately the buyout market is much ado about nothing.
