What what is your reporting showing us disclosing about Elon's coming back into the game this way and the money he intends to spend?
Well, you know, just real quick on that.
And I really want to, you know, as a former county, state and national chairman, I just tell you, money is an important play in politics.
No doubt about that.
But I can't tell you the number of races that I've been a part of and seen where the guy or gal who walks in the room with the most cash still loses.
Right.
And so I think there may be, given where the voters are in the polling right now, this may be, Chuck, one of those things that the money sounds good, it's big, and yeah, I guess a candidate would love to see it flow into their Senate race,
But it doesn't necessarily tell you that the outcome is going to be what you think it's going to be.
It's just like redistricting.
You may draw the lines to bring this community under your control, but you can't control how they vote.
That's exactly right.
We're seeing this in Texas with the gerrymandering that many of us call the dummy manner because they thought Latino voters would perform the same way they had for Donald Trump currently.
And I'll tell you right now, they're pissed.
And to your point, Michael, what this money could mean in Texas is
Republicans right now are desperate for wanting to turn out those voters who voted for Donald Trump, who were infrequent voters.
Me and you understand this verbiage, because a midterm election, you have about 35% of the electorate that stays home.
So that's why he's spending this money, is they are desperate to get some of those folks out.
Because if the folks who normally vote in and off your election show up in this election, it shows across the board, not just in Texas, that Republicans are going to have a huge defeat on election night.
Because people are just sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Well, that is exactly where it is, particularly when you look at the dismantling of our government, the way, you know, the bros and Elon went into the federal government.
