the way I visualize what we're doing is, you know, creating that resource so that a guy can, you know, be walking towards the end of his career, towards this state of I will have to start all over from scratch to a state of, hey, this is a resource that I can grab a hold to right near the end of my career, develop myself in, and then move my confidence from sports into my confidence in franchising.
And I think that's where it's at, helping keep guys, helping keep the resources there so it's not a hopelessness

You know, guys are looking for what can I do to extend, you know, my time span of doing what I've been developing my whole life to develop using my skills.
So I think that's the, it all comes down to that.
Yes, I think they need to either start doing it or start learning about it or start the process of educating and building relationships so that they already at least know what they're going to do.
Learn a business and meet some people that are successful in the business and shadow them.
One thing that we're working on is a certification, a franchisee certification type program for athletes.
It takes them through a level of education about the industry so that the second they're done with this certification, the PAFI certification, a franchisor knows, hey, okay, this guy's been through the PAFI certification education program.
