So I think when guys start to see the business model work, when the guys start to actually fit into a comfort zone and business model, it's no problem because you're starting to see why this is important, why it's important to fit into the system, you know, to let go of some of your ego.
If there is a way to allow your brand to be an advantage for you, use it.
But if it's not, let it go.
I think that, you know, guys having a full understanding of that, that that's the expectation, you know, makes the transition a lot easier.
That's what we want to kind of put into guys, you know, playing a vision.

And understanding that just the early success, you know, can be something that fuels you throughout your career and understand there's not the end, there's really the beginning point, you know, for your future success.
