I would say my most surprising discovery is how detailed of an extr instruction manual that you actually have.
Um, you know, it's not often that, you know, as an entrepreneur, you know, somebody says, Here, you can have my idea.
I just want a piece of it when you w as you make money with it.
And as you know, I you know, coming out of sports, you know, I um I was an entrepreneur of sorts, I owned a few stores, clothing stores, and I look back and I look at all of the work I had to do to learn, you know, um HR operations, creating different um
structure within the organization, I had to do it all.
And as I looked at franchises, I was I was like, Wow, this is impressive, how much is actually there for you as a resource
Um and I think, you know, all that's really asked of you is to execute.
So as I'm a and I'm meeting a lot of athletes in the franchise industry now.
So that's another thing I'm I'm shocked about.
How many athletes are involved with the industry.
And and and the story's the same with all of them.
They enjoy the fact that they it's very similar to existence as an athlete.
You have your playbooks in front of you.
A lot of the guys um that I know I wouldn't say are superstars
And um and I think to be honest, I think the best franchise or uh franchisees may not be the superstars, but the best franchisees may be the guys that made a good bit of money, um, that are disciplined, that that that are in their franchise every day and are present and have worked their franchise.
So some of those names are George Tinsley, um, very important performer MBA player.
Um, owns um a lot of franchises in the airport in airports, um Tampa and Miami.
Um, another one is Tyoka Jackson.
