That would be a big win for us, Sean.
Okay, so there is clearly then...
Well, luck feels like it's an overarching term then that describes the position that you are in once you have done the hard work, that you have opened yourself up to those opportunities, you have demonstrated your willingness to have a go and get in there and put yourself out there.
Yeah, indeed.
Now, big day today, March quarter inflation figures due for release.
Most of the interest will be on what happened really during the month of March, given that's when, of course, the Middle East conflict began.
So does that mean then the difference between luck and positioning, there really isn't one?
That was when then oil prices spiked, forecast for a 4.8% rise for the full year.
Petrol prices jumped 35% in March, and that accounts for about 3.3% of the inflation figure.
Yeah, if you haven't heard it, I would recommend going back and having a listen to the week ahead from Monday with Stephen Koukoulis, our resident economist, just really breaking down what the figure is likely to look like, but also the weighting of some of those components like petrol and why this is such a significant data release today.
So we'll be keeping an eye on that one.
To what extent then can you create your own luck?
Sean, just staying on oil before we flow too far.

That was a bit forced, wasn't it?
Yeah.
It was.
