So this is like the old legal axiom, bad facts make for bad laws when they come in and try and go fix these things.

The whole contract, the whole issue was less than a couple million dollars.

And as far as port contracts go, that's a very small drop in the bucket.

As I look at this, it's clear to me that Moffett and Nichols has to be awarded first position.

And it's clear to me that no matter how we do this, in any way that we do this, it opens up some legal risk no matter how you handle this.

No matter what we do, there's some legal risk here.

So with that said, it's beautiful that we have a great county attorney and such a great county attorney team.
