I don't really want to, but I will.

It's the first and two that are tied for second.

Just very briefly.

I just, as the public watches these meetings, I just want to make sure that they understand that sometimes the things that get said from the podium or from the dais, it's like snippets of that that doesn't represent the full complexion of the entire issue.

Like when someone from the public comes and says, you should be spending money on X,

And if you spend tourist dollars on X, why would you spend that?

Because we could build roads with those dollars.

We could make our schools better.

It doesn't make it factual as to what we can actually do with those dollars.

There are certain dollars that are segregated a certain way that become

chained as to what we can do with those dollars.

And I think it's important that the public understands that.

And even things like when we say we're just finding out about FIFA, obviously we're using that in a different context to what's really been happening.

Because I do know that Broward County staff for two years have been working on FIFA events.

There's been multiple workshops with OESB to get our businesses involved in these things.

And many of our businesses, I know many of them will be working.

these things and making dollars that will be coming back into our community.

I just think sometimes when we debate this and the public watches this, it's hard to go around five or six times to get every one of those points in.
