But my point is a little bit different.
And I think when you called in and you got the call center, we talked about return on investment on a lot of things.
And I mentioned this to Monica yesterday.
Our regular call centers, we really need to look at and see where there can be major, major dollars saved with what's going on right now with AI and how they're handling that.
Most of the counties are transitioning at least a large portion of their generic call centers to AI.
It's saving them a fortune, and it's providing better service 24-7 to their ultimate end users.
It's not a policy thing on our end.
I'm assuming that county administration is looking everywhere where there can be dollars saved on new technology.
But when you do bring us these return on investments for different things like we talked about, there's a lot of low-hanging fruit there that I think we could look at.
