Well, what we saw with Roy Cooper was the governor was absolutely no activity whatsoever, either from Joe Biden or from Roy Cooper.
They both left the state totally in shambles.
What President Trump has done, what we've been able to do is bring eight point seven five billion dollars plus in.
In recovery efforts to western North Carolina, 99% of the roads have been rebuilt.
The bridges have been rebuilt.
The water systems, the wastewater systems have been rebuilt.
