uh completely antagonistic.

to um Line Akee's concerns.

And it's not something that unless uh Ken Walker the the CEO of Driven Brands

Yeah.

You know, unless he was a supporter of what the association was doing.

you know, the franchise or would not have been on board.

So you need all of those.

people working together.

And that's a you know, that's a an association that bargains, collectively bargains with the franchise or over terms that go into their

uh uh uh uh contract.

So, you know, there are some tough, tough fights that they have.

And yet at the same time they can come up with

um this customer service uh program.

So that's the type of things that uh you know, a mature and

uh a professional franchisee association can do for for an association.
