And the third, you know, real benefit is if you're a founder

There's only one group that's gonna keep your memory alive and that's the franchisees.

The franchisees are the people who have that

inordinate uh attachment to the brand.

And when

uh the founder leaves for what whatever reasons and you you get a public or um

a uh a large private equity investor

None of those people care about the brand in the way that the franchisees do.

And the only way that you can keep that love of the brand going is through uh independent franchisee association.

So those are the reasons why you really want to deal with a franchisee association.

But having said that, you don't want any

you know, group that claims to be a franchisee association.

Uh you don't have to deal with them just because they say they are a franchisee associated.

Sure, that that's a good question because a lot of franchisors say, Well, I already have my advisory group

And let us talk to the quick here.

We all know uh what franchising advisory groups are for.

There to say to the franchise order, Yes, sir, yes, madam, your ideas are wonderful.

Could we have that lovely steak dinner now?
