But there are very few.
um that have uh succeeded like Meineke has.
I mean we have Meineke succeeded so well that Ken Walker, the past president of the IFA,
speaks very highly.

um, the franchise or's reliance upon
much of the
um uh um projects that the um uh uh mining dealers association have have brought
to the system.
Um but but there are not that many

group born out of litigation.
that have uh are gone that uh have been as successful like the MDA.
Um so if you're a franchise or and the only thing that you think of with respect to a trade association or franchisee trade association is a lit is a litigation group, of course you're gonna be concerned.
Um, but that is you know and and if you're a group of franchisees
wanting to improve your system
Um you should not
uh at first.
you know, align yourself with goals achievable only by litigation.
