And so if you happen to be in a moment where a president is trying to cut the immigrant population, I already have heard stories and talked to
agencies where their labor force is shrinking because these people are scared to come to work or getting their protected status pulled or any other number of reasons why.
They are no longer available, so

So the demographics alone are a little bit terrifying.
