On Wednesday, Trump became the first sitting president to actually attend oral arguments in person at the Supreme Court.
The case is Trump versus Barbara on the question of birthright citizenship.
Jamel, you want to give us a quick overview of this case and why it's a big deal that Trump decided to show up?
So David, as Jamal brought up, the 14th Amendment and the question of who is an American was basically chewed over very definitively by the high court back in the late 1800s, right?
So why are we back here now at all?
Why is this something for the court to have to get involved with?
