If we're ready, but our sister cities aren't ready, it might make that project harder to get the funding for because they're going to go spend it on another project that other cities are all in line already.

So part of this whole, my understanding of what we're doing is hearing the new comments and we're going to come back and figure out how to incorporate

new things that will work better for all of the cities through the county to be able to access these funds, be able to do this multimodal vision, and be able to have a better plan in place, an easier plan in place that we possibly did not know in the past.

One thing about building, through the comments that were said earlier, some of the stuff that comes down from the National League of Cities also has some dictates on how we do certain things for programming and learning how to reach out to our communities.

We do that a lot better now.

We now have a lot more interactions with our community where we didn't have that before.

However, I will still say that some of our communities are still happier receiving paper than Internet.

So we still have to realize that we have some generational matters to attend to.
