And I think one of the reasons why we are the council that makes the final decision versus advisory is to remove politics from going to the county

We have no vested interest.

I mean, most of us do.

And we are here to make the hard decisions, and we are here to simply do math, not legalese, but determinations.

And that's what we're asked to do all the time.

And even if our decisions and some of our comments may not be popular, that's why we were appointed to be here, because the county commission trusts in us to be able to look at things, interpret things, and determine things.
