probably three or four in the morning, and we're still shooting, and it hit me.
Really?
Yeah.
I don't know that I had peace, but I knew what the reality was.
I was clear.
Like, okay, you got everything out of this body that you could possibly get.
My mind and my heart, man, I would still be doing it right now.
But in that moment at three or four o'clock in the morning, it hit me.
It's like, dude, you, you're done.
I love them.
I'm very proud of that.
And obviously, it's another part of the career and some of the really cool things that I got to do in my run.
But obviously, I would have loved to also have had a match with AJ Styles in the ring.
Right.
That's why I came back that last time.
That was the whole reason he taught me, you know, he called me and said, Hey man, come on.
If you got one left in you, can it be me?
And I was like, damn, he's going to do it.
He's the one guy that I didn't, you know, and he is special.
He is.
