So the pattern of drinking does impact on your health outcomes as well.
Our conclusions really are that it probably is time to have another look at these guidelines.
But one of the things I think is important to note is we only looked at the health impacts.
These guidelines are a little bit broader.
They take into consideration things like when you shouldn't drink at all, not something we looked at, and also the broader implications to the wider society on alcohol.
So these are things that they'll need to consider alongside the evidence we provided with them today.
It's probably a lowering, to be honest.
But again, this is something that will have to be decided by the guidelines, the guideline group when they look at this.
It is, you know, it's not that women need to come up to the level of drinking of men.
It's more that we all need to be informed of the risks that we have.
And I think what's interesting is other countries have moved away from having a particular threshold because the research we presented really does show it's a continuum.
And the more that you drink, the higher your risk becomes.

The evidence we looked at, and we looked at 104 different studies that have been published on this, and the evidence, it's not quite conclusive yet.
And a lot of that is due to the way the studies have been conducted and how they measure alcohol and the long-term mental health effects.
But we do know that when you drink at high levels, there is a link between mental health outcomes and alcohol consumption.
but the evidence isn't quite clear-cut yet at those lower levels.
These bad actors are actually using what's happened on Monday night and playing to people's fears and orchestrating this whilst they sit cosy in their homes and encourage all these other people to go out onto the streets.
