So basically you're looking at it as can I execute this plan?

And for veterans, I think a lot of that is going to be I'm going to follow this roadmap that the franchisor is giving me, and I'm going to expect stellar results because that's what they told me.

If I work this plan correctly,

I'm going to see these types of results.

They can just visualize it.

If I execute on this plan, I will get to my end result.

So that is probably why.

I think also, too, they don't come out of the service thinking that they have any kind of awesome skill in marketing.

So they are open to the help and that plan that's provided by the franchisor, where as everyone else that's in life and loves a product and throws it up on their Facebook page believes that they know how to market.
