Look, it still is not at a level of a living wage.
It's getting there.
But the point about is, do we want an economy like they have in the USA, where a huge cohort of people working in areas like retail are also on receipt of food stamps in order to work is not paying enough for people to survive.
And having small increases like this is the very least I think we can do in that respect.
You're never going to have a scenario whereby you've wage increases and an employer is going to say, oh, we very much welcome paying our employees more.
