So just to go back a bit and touch on what he said.

So the last text message that my nephew sent to his mum and dad and his brother, it said, Mum, Dad, Lewis, I know you're going to be broken hearted.

But when you get over this, you realize that life is so much better without me.

Now, the message that we need to get out to people, life will never be better without you.

You are loved more than you will ever know.

And while we might not always say it, because that's just simply life, you don't feel the need to have to say it every day.

Maybe we should.

And that's the message we need to portray to the people who are in this mental health problems.

We need to portray that to them.
