Thank you so much for that review.
Yeah, this time round I'm using eggshells in mosaic, trying to see how I've grown up.
These are the most recent ones, yeah.
Specifically there's this one.
It's called the Pink Trauma.
It's an actual mosaic artwork.
It's still in progress.
So it's showing me, and then there is fire burning everything that I'm creating.
Yeah, pink flames, and then there's a sticker, the Eurasian Crisis, and then he's still holding his flowers in his hands, you can see.
All those things that he owned and he valued, like in a fire accident.
So showing that even though there is...
trauma, there's still hope and vision that we will rise past all those things that are happening in life.
Yeah, yeah, the artwork itself is titled Ratio 3 is to 1.
It's a very dark painting.
I was in a meeting last year when I was receiving my award for my work as an artist who makes artworks around women's rights, and when I was receiving this award, they mentioned the ratio of women being abused, like every three women, there's one who is being abused.
I wanted to show the dignity and the beauty that they possess, you know.
How is that beauty linked to these abuses?
It makes you think and maybe look at things differently.
