want to be heard is let's not forget those lessons because unfortunately we saw Bondi.

Let's not forget the lessons and we now know that Tasmania is again the most armed state per capita

country.

There's one gun for every four Tasmanians.

So they're at pains to say, let's continue to remember the good that's come out of so much evil here.

Well, Tasha, I haven't been able to come back to Tasmania since covering the story.

So I was here multiple times for multiple weeks and I've gone on sadly to cover other horrendous events.

But for me, this was a personal one because while I was overseas watching these horrendous events, I felt like I was probably an outsider looking in on another community, but this was my community.

So this really struck hard at my heart.

So I found it difficult to come back, to be honest.

despite it being a beautiful place and Tasmanians being a beautiful place.

And then I also went to Bondi and, you know, I just, we're not that community.

We don't want to be American.

We shouldn't be America.

And I just implore upon people that we need to take steps, whatever steps are needed to try to protect all of us.
