And, you know, you look at Connor Allen, our skilled guy, a real good person, is trying to grow as a coach.

And then we got Noah and we got Big E, and they're as skilled as you can be in that video room.

But we just felt that Misha could make us all better.

And what I mean by that, when you work at Hockey Canada...

you get to be around the best of the best.

I know that because I was involved in it for years and years and years.

I worked with him at the World Cup.

I was impressed with him.

We became friends, talked to him a lot, and he's a guy that is confident enough to make you better, doesn't mind giving you feedback, and is ultra, ultra organized.

So we've hired him to help us be better and to make everybody accountable, to make everyone grow as a coach, and

he'll be great at what he's been great at a lot already

Well, that's 100%.

I mean, you know, I just think of all the coaches I've hired over the years, and they've gone on to be head coaches in the NHL, and there's a lot of them.

A lot of the reasons you hire them is they're thought totally different than you.

And, you know, when you look at our crew, everybody's different, and I think that's real important.

The other thing is you're trying to create an environment that allows everybody to challenge the head coach.

You know, there's lots of job descriptions for assistant coach, associate coach.

Your number one job responsibility is to make the head coach better.

and and so how do they do that they do that by challenging you by bringing new ideas and you know it's not about what you think it's about the best idea we're about having success and growing as a group and in order to do that what's ever latest that's a big part of niche when you're around the best coaches and you're getting the latest you have to provide those ideas and then in the end

In the end, right now, as a coaching group, we have all these ideas of where we're going.
