And so you try to get better at all those things.

You know, I'm lucky.

I have adult children that are very successful in their careers.

They have opinions and they don't mind sharing with you.

And they help you get better and be a better man.

And in the end, that's what this is about.

I'm at the state or point in my career, in my life, that it's got to be joy-based.

And when I was at the UofL, it was joy-based.

And then sometimes you get away from that.

That's what's coming back to the oil here is we're here to make each other better, to make everyone important, to interact and be as respectful as we can.

And when you do cross the line, you apologize and you move on.

And that's what we're going to try to bring here and get us to the level our fans can be proud of.

Bob, you and I can say whatever we want here today.

You're not convincing anybody.

The way you convince people is by doing it day after day after day.

And I'm going to get to know the oil fans and they're going to get to know me.

And just like I'm going to get to know the players and they're going to get to know and we're going to build trust.

And the only way you build trust is by earning it.

And we're going to have to earn it.

Well, I mean, obviously, you know, I said that to my wife.
