Well, remind uh remind the audience, where does your story as an author begin?
That's an odd place for for uh writing to begin, but uh tell us a little more about that, James.
So uh you you tend not to write about light topics, uh I'd have to say.
So, you know, your first one being about, you know, uh time, um really a reflection on on men's mental health.
Right.
Um, but time you spend in the psychiatric hospital.
What's the backstory behind this book?
So it's I mean it it sort of starts with your your marriage, but this isn't a book about marriage per se, right?
I mean, so why don't you shed a little bit of light on w what this book is about?
So I mean there is that that sort of lesson there for authors, right?
Which is, you know, write the book that you want to read.
Right.
So there is there is that part of the story.
And that is you know, that's really good advice for anybody who who feels compelled to write something.
You know, write something that you can't find.
You know, you're filling a niche, which is is sounds like what you did uh uh to start writing this book, but but you know
Kind of going back to um like the just the thesis, um, you know, you you bring up the the dissonance there.
You know, divorce is sort of looked frown, it's frowned upon, right, by by the Catholic Church, probably more so than any of the other Christian denominations.
Um so I guess the big question is why why should somebody remain or or stay a practicing
Catholic when the church itself, you know, suggests that you're doing something wrong, that you are now living in sin.
