Well, then it makes you wonder, what's the point?
I mean, I remember studying in school about people that this very thing, that there are so many experts that make predictions, are dead wrong, their prediction never happens, and yet it doesn't tarnish their image.
They're still an expert.
Well, how can you be an expert
and predict things and be wrong and still be an expert.
It seems like you would get fired from that job.

I want to get more into that because when you say predictions can influence the future, maybe an example of what that means.
We're pretty good at determining when somebody's dead.
But then the issue becomes, at what point do you stop trying to save that person?
I mean, there is a point which they may not be dead dead, but there's no way to keep them alive.
