You might remember Todd Blanch as President Trump's former attorney.
He was part of the legal team Trump used to defend himself in the various cases the federal government had lodged against him, everything from hush money payments to election obstruction, classified documents.
He then jumped over to the Justice Department after Trump won a second term and became acting attorney general earlier this year after Pam Bondi left amid backlash for her handling of the Epstein files.
Well, for the past several weeks,
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanch has been trying to drop that acting part of his title, but he's run into some pretty big headwinds, notably from two prominent Republicans.
