The Islanders already have a new GM, newest GM in Matthew Darsh, and they fired the head coach, Patrick Waugh, and brought in Pete DeBoer on a long-term contract.

What the hell are the Rangers going to do?

Like, you can't, in my opinion, you can't have a season like the Rangers just did and be like,

I think everyone did a terrific job and we'll welcome you back.

But Mike Sullivan is the head coach.

He's not going to get fired.

He just got a massive contract.

And I don't think anyone looked at Sully and was like, you're the number one problem.

And Chris Drury, by all accounts, although this could change, I suppose, has the backing of ownership.

I think he's done a horrendous job.

But just think over the last couple of years what Drury has done.

There was essentially a mutiny against him when he sent out that note that got widely reported that...

Trouba's available, and then Chris Kreider was available.

You can't tell me that didn't have a serious effect on the team.

And maybe it was something he just felt needed to happen, like there needed to be a purge of certain players and it was going to be ugly regardless.
