You know, I think there's understandably out of the development of Agile, there was this idea that developed that because we could fail rapidly, we could develop rapidly, that the idea of fast failure as a goal in and of itself was a good thing.

I never really liked that in the agile world, uh, in general, 'cause it was really wasteful and it created a lot of rework.

But what you're describing now?

Okay, AI's devo made development even faster.

So you could get people who say, Well, great, now we can really, really double down on failing as rapidly as possible.

And you know, who likes doing rework?

And furthermore, the smaller your company is or the more pressure on you, you're only gonna be able to do a certain number of rounds.

of this stuff even if it's going fast.

Getting it as right as you can the first time, especially when it doesn't take that much time to do it, as you're pointing out.

It feels almost like a no-brainer, but it's really hard for a lot of people to get their heads around it.
