And the synthetic interviews look better.

They're formed into full sentences.

They're grammatically correct.

They're extremely articulate.

right.

And it sounds, at first glance, it sounds and feels much better, much better feedback than what you get from actual interviews.

The problem is they all end up, in terms of content, sounding a lot like the content you get from self-help books.

It's what everybody supposes that people are supposed to think as opposed to what they actually tend to think.
