8,000 hours, a good apprenticeship, just starting the apprenticeship in the butchering trade at that point.
Didn't have to go to the meat school in Wellington.
because I was halfway through my apprenticeship, but that apprenticeship has stood me in good stead.
It was an opening.
A number of my mother's relations were in the butchering trade, so in some ways I was following the Buddha's will.
