I mean, you know how hyped I was every week when we talked about Kevin Byard.
The stuff that he did last year is worth study.
He was terrific.
It's why I was like, man, I hope that they bring him back.
Now I understand what they're doing.
Yeah, they have a whole different philosophy of NFL safety play.
And that's what this is about.
So I'll do respect to Kevin, but Kevin is a certain kind of safety, and that way is not happening anymore.
I disagree, but I understand them wanting to move on.
I think that Kevin would be just fine being fluid as a safety in today's football.
But I also think that he probably had outpriced, you know, at his age, like you weren't going to commit to him from a financial standpoint.
I think that guy is terrific.
So do I, but I just don't think he's the kind of attacking, violent dude that both of these safeties are in their minds.
And that's a different... I don't think Kevin Beyer could be a sickle, to use your word.

Well, but I mean, they got guys who are trained already to do it.
