I don't want to be pigeonholed by the ownership or anything like that.

So that, Brandon, I will give you that because that was the one thing he said that was kind of like a – that was the condition that he was putting on that job that maybe you didn't think would exist beforehand.

So he did put a condition on who they hire.

The other thing he said when he talked about –

about uh the tanking thing and i know there are some fans that want to tank and all that but the thing is like we know what's going on in the nba we know they're trying to deal with it if you've got a coach that goes out saying oh yeah we're really hoping to lose for a couple years it would that would be the headline right and then he said we want to win

but we want sustainability we don't want to win for a year or two i thought that was a really interesting comment because that implied that you are willing to do you're willing to lose if it means you gain sustainability moving forward because i don't think you could do both you don't want a short-term winning but i don't think you can say

that you want to tank.

You can't say that.

I don't think anybody is going to go in front of the NBA Board of Governors like, hey, by the way, I'm going to do it.

Wait till you see this bloodbath.

Didn't they have to give back one?

Or is it going to be a quick fix?

See, that was the thing.

KC said that it could be a quick fix.

And I understood why he said it.

Because, yeah, if you end up...

landing, you know, getting lucky with the lottery and you move up and you get a good player and then you take somebody with the other pick, should you get that, then maybe...

You could improve a part of your team quickly.
