And they did that, I'm convinced, because they believed if he was there at 60, the Bears would have taken him.

I believe they wanted to get ahead of the Bears to take maybe the last of the defensive edge guys that would be available to the Bears.

Because on their profile, and I'm not saying the Bears wanted him or would have moved up for him or would have taken him had he been there.

I'm saying it's obvious to me that New England wanted to get ahead of them because the way New England looked at the draft was the Bears need an edge.
