What can go wrong?
California is a little different.
It's a brand.
People outside California, they either say, oh, it's left-wing crazy, Governor Moonbeam, and this has been around forever.
And all that stuff feeds that narrative.
On the other hand, people think California is often the future, where the future is invented.
