So they think they're going to leave.

They think they're going to tie it up in court forever, maybe going to the Trump Supreme Court.

And the state will never see a dime.

But when they leave, it'll cost jobs and it'll screw up the income taxes where the 1% pays half of all state income taxes in California.

We have a high state income tax rate at the top, 10% plus.

So that will be big budget cuts.

So this thing is badly written.

And I think if it makes it to the ballot, which is an if, I think it's eminently beatable.
