The second thing I'll add here too, like on AI in particular.
Very few people in the Democratic Party have a cogent position on AI right now.
I've been screaming at my clients forever about getting out in front of talking about data centers in this country.
And a lot of them simply don't want to talk about it because they don't understand it.
But we had a big cultural moment.
This uh two things happened actually in the last 24 hours on AI data centers in particular.
The first was Jason Kelsey and liquid death.
um joined forces to do an anti-data center ad in promoting garage beer and promoting liquid death, which is the kind of thing like Kelsey's not a particularly political guy.
Liquid Death loves to make attention, but it tells you where the cultural energy is that Jason Kelsey could shoot a a 90-second ad for two major corporate entities talking about how you should pee on AI data centers.
It's a real ad that they put out.
I thought it was AI generated at first, but it's real.
They
put that out.
If the public is in a place where they hate AI so much that Jason Kelsey's out there on it, why are Democratic members of Congress not campaigning on it?
Which to add to that, the NRSC put out a memo today talking about how Sherid Brown has been campaigning about data centers.
And it's basically begging, begging big tech to come in and spend to save them because they're getting their lunch eaten and they're like, we need to save it.
They don't know what data centers are.
Exactly.
Yes.
And they don't know how they impact local communities.
