Yeah.
Connecticut didn't score, like, for 12 or 13 straight possessions, and neither did Illinois.
That was the game, right?
And then they go on a 10-0 run, and they just kind of kept that margin.
And, you know, Illinois had to control the glass.
They played decently defensively.
Maybe some of that's the rims.
But what the difference was for them in the tournament was that they controlled the glass in every single game because I โ
I looked at betting futures on Illinois all year because I really liked how this team worked offensively.
So efficient offensively in this Euro Bowl.
I loved what Brad Underwood did there.
But I never thought they could play half-court defense for 40 minutes for five straight games to win it.
They made up for that on the glass.
When you could see that UConn was keeping them off the offensive glass and they were struggling defensively,
You know it was going to be a long afternoon for them.
That's really what it came down to.
And then the second game, this was always my fear.
And I had an Arizona 19-1 ticket from December.
Well, you know when they beat everybody else in the top five in that little run there and they won at Connecticut?
