And of course he's become one of the best left-handed relievers in baseball.

So there's more to it than that.

Obviously, can you throw strikes?

Do you have any secondary pitches whatsoever?

Because if you don't, you know, it doesn't matter how good your fastball, our guys will time it up.

Um, so there's a lot more that goes to it than that.

But those are the first three things to look at.

What how fast is it?

How is it released?

And how does it move?

And if I can't find a story out of any of those three things, then that's pretty rare.

Usually it's going to be one of those three things that pop.

The the entire idea for the tool was by Jason Bernard, who is not a name I think most people know, but he's been part of the stat guest team since day one.

Uh he is uh kind of behind the scenes data engineer who I rely on daily for all sorts of you know, query help and all sorts of stuff.

So that was his idea.

Uh Doe Young Park built it, uh, did a great job.

The idea for the the like obfuscating the guy, like the mystery day, I honestly don't remember whose idea that was.

It was maybe Darren Willman.

Or Tom Tango who suggested it, but I I don't recall for sure.
