So I love this. I eat once a day in the evening.
I ate a vegan diet for like two years. It's a few years ago, but I like meat. I do too. I tried it, but you know, it was cool. But testing blood work, you know, I was healthier. I mean, before I was eating a lot, I was 250, right? Yeah. So that, and then I went to like, I was eating meat every other day, testing blood work, and it was the same. So it wasn't like veganism made me healthier.

We have ingredients in it that, because we're big on fasting or at least intermittent fasting, and we don't want people to lose muscle mass.
