Now, there's a reason as well.

I've just been in a little place because I didn't drink for five months.

David, you know that because you were with me a few times I wasn't drinking.

Yeah.

But then recently I've had a few things.

My antidepressants, I was coming off them.

I started drinking again because I was at two weddings.

And then I got this kneecap gig.

And then I also started seeing someone, like I seriously started seeing someone which stresses me out.

And it just all got too much.

So that kind of led to lack of sleep.

And then the lack of sleep, everything kind of seems quite dreadful, especially if you're awake in the middle of the night.

You know, it's all like, I don't know how.

So then the kneecap gig kind of became this albatross thing.

Yeah.

And David, I've rarely I couldn't stress this more.

I've rarely been more miserable.

So and that's the terrible because, you know, people say it and I do everything.

You know, I'm writing out the journaling.
