It feels to me like 75% of the country is uneasy about AI and nervous about data centers.
Larry Fink at BlackRock says that we got a $10 trillion infrastructure that has to be built out in the next seven or eight years.
It's not really negotiable, but I think a lot of people look at that and they feel like we're doing it in the name of efficiency because we have to somehow compete with China in order to get the AI first, which means the data centers, which we don't quite understand either.
So we're like in some kind of crazy race and we don't know where the finish line is.
We just know it's really expensive.
and unnerving.
So make everybody feel better about that.
